- Hosts annual Hosur EdCon—a conference attracting over 300 educators from Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
- Publishes Pedagogy Today, a quarterly journal (ISSN-registered) with contributions from MMS faculty and guest academics.
- Offers free weekend workshops for government school teachers in Krishnagiri district—a CSR initiative serving over 1,200 educators since 2020.
